BOGOTA

Capital of the Republic of Colombia, is located to 2,630 meters above sea level, with an average temperature of 14 degrees Celsius. In the east the city has a mountainous area to the west a vast savannah, elements that create an interesting landscape effect, making the city an attractive and welcoming. Among the must-see sites highlights the neighborhood of “La Candelaria” historic section of town where the presence of the colonial era passes through its narrow streets. Ascend to the Sanctuary of Monserrate, a temple built on top of one of the mountains surrounding the city is the opportunity to have one of the best panoramic views of the city. The museum-house “Quinta de Bolívar”, which houses artifacts and documents the life of Simon Bolivar in the middle of a lush garden with trees which tradition dating from the time of Libertador evoke the recent past. In the Gold Museum, more than 32,000 gold pieces are testimony to the complexity, strength, magic power and cultural consistency of societies that inhabited the country.

The modern Bogotá is a cosmopolitan city that offers all the spaces comfort and convenience demanded by modern life, financial and shopping centers to meet the needs and desires of the visitor. In the Zona Rosa’s vibrant nightlife exists in restaurants where the food supply typical of the country and elsewhere in the world is permanent, in bars and clubs offering music allows you to choose according to taste, in the International and the northern mixed modernism architecture of the buildings with clean lines and bold ways essentially commercial. Cultural life is intense in the city museums, concert halls, art galleries and theaters will offer a range of shows to choose one each day.

PEREIRA

Pereira is the largest city in the Triangle Café. It is located in the central-western Colombia, in the river valley in the mountains Otún central Andes therefore also known as the “Pearl of Otún.”

Undoubtedly, Pereira in recent years has undergone major changes in infrastructure, urban renewal and mobility, which has attracted the attention of foreign investors have an opportunity to settle there.

CARTAGENA

Is a large Caribbean beach resort city on the northern coast of Colombia in the Caribbean Coast Region and capital of Bolívar Department. Cartagena is the city that will surprise you, its friendly people, centuries of history, museums, centuries-old buildings, beautiful beaches and islands, restaurants and active nightlife.

During the morning we will profit the location of our hotel and have a guided walking tour of la Candelaria, the colonial district of the city, where we will pass through Bolivar’s Square where the most important building of the city are, such as: the Cathedral, the Palace of Justice, the President house, and the National Capitol. We will have time to visit Botero Museum where the collection of the Colombian artist is found. we will continue our journey by car to visit the Gold Museum with it’s collection of 30.000 pre-colombian ornaments. Finally, we will take a cable car to the top of Monserrate that lords over Bogota where we will admire a wonderful view of the city. (Duration of this tour 4 Hours aprox.)

During the morning we will leave the city thorough the residential district, taking the Panamericana highway, passing by some typical villages to reach to Zipaquira where the Salt Cathedral is located, visit and returned to Bogota. (Duration of this tour 4 hours.)

During the morning we will visit “Hacienda Venecia”well known for its production of exportation coffee, here we will observe and learn how the product is grown and harvest to become one of the best in the world.

Today you will visit the natural reserve Cocora Valley home of the National tree the wax palm, take a tour through the beautiful nature of the region either walking or horse riding. Enjoy an amazing luch of the speciality of the region the trout and continue visiting Salento, the oldest town of the region visit the handcrafts factories and admire the colonial architecture.

During the morning we will transfer to the Dock for a visit to el Rosario Islands, leaving to the south of the bay of Cartagena. These Islands are considered a National Natural Park with a complex of coral bank populated with a great variety of fauna of the reef: Opportunity to swim and practice snorkeling. Full day tour with typical lunch included. Returned to Cartagena and transfer back to your hotel.
