Join your fellowship’s group tour that includes everything you’ll need to journey through the cities of Jerusalem, The Old City, Bethlehem, The New City, The Dead Sea, Masada, Nazareth, Tiberias, and Tel Aviv with enough time to enjoy the experience at a comfortable pace. If you have never been to the Holy Land, this tour is a must.

Itinerary
Evening departure from JFK for overnight flight to Tel Aviv. (other gateways available)
Arrive at the Israel Ben Gurion international Airport in Tel Aviv meet our representative and be transferred to your hotel in Jerusalem.
Dinner included.
This day’s tour heading to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city from the east.
Then visit Mount Zion, with the traditional tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper & the Church of All Nations.
Later, walk into the Old City to see and touch the Wailing Wall, the only one remnant of the Second Temple, as well as visit the Cardo, Temple Mount, Garden Tomb & the Oriental Bazaar.
After, walk the Way of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa.
Next head to Calvary and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, housing both the traditional site of Crucifixion and the Tomb of the Resurrection.
Later, return to your hotel in Jerusalem.

Visit Ein Karem, a picturesque village known as the birthplace of John the Baptist, home of the Church of Visitation.
Then go to Yad Vashem, the official memorial commemorating the Jewish victims of the Holocaust. There’s no denying that this is a heart rending but unforgettable experience.
Later, you pass by Mt. Herzl the national cemetery named for Theodor Herzl, founder of modern Zionism.
Now you will visit The Israel Museum, which houses a detailed model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple, and the Shrine of the Book, that contains the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Then visit Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity.
Back to Jerusalem for overnight.

In the morning, drive through the remarkable sometimes eerie Wilderness of Judea to the shores of the Dead Sea. Nearly 1,300 feet below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest point on the earth’s terrestrial surface.
Moving on, you shall pass the site of the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
Then, you will continue to the UNESCO World Heritage side since 2001 Masada citadel which is situated on the top of an isolated cliff in the Judean Desert. Ascend by cable car to the Masada fortress on which King Herod built a luxurious palace and which later was the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Visit the excavations and marvel at the ancient ingenious water preserving systems.
Return to Jerusalem for overnight.

This morning head to the Jordan Valley to the town of Beit Shean with its recently excavated amphitheater and the preserved remains of this beautiful Roman City which was partly destroyed in an earthquake.
Continuing on you will travel to Yardenit, the baptismal site along the Jordan River.
Then you proceed to Nazareth, to visit the Church of Annunciation, St. Joseph’s workshop, Mary’s well.
Later, onward to Tiberias, for overnight at your hotel.

Visit the historic Tiberias for a brief tour then, take a boat ride in the Sea of Galilee to visit Capernaum, Tabgha & the Church of Multiplication.
Then, drive up to the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus recounted the nine blessings in the Sermon on the Mount.
Now you will go to Banias Springs & Waterfalls, then, ascend to the rugged plateau of the Golan Heights for a panoramic view of the peaks of Mt. Hermon and the vast green pastures of the Huleh valley.
Return to Tiberias for another lovely night in town.

Depart to Akko, an ancient port city, continue to Haifa, for a sightseeing tour including the Bahai Shrine, Persian Garden.
Drive to Megiddo, the site of the Armageddon as told in the New Testament.
Then drive north along the coast to the archaeological site of the port of Caesarea, built by King Herod in honor of the Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar.
After exploring the fascinating archaeological remains of this ancient city drive along the coast to Tel Aviv.
Overnight in Tel Aviv hotel.
