Itinerary

Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. welcome greeting and personalized transfer service to your selected hotel in Amman. Check in , free time to relax.

Breakfast

After breakfast, begin a tour of Amman, Old and New. Jordan’s capital city is yours to enjoy today. Visits include the Citadel, the Amphitheater, downtown , the herbs and vegetable market and the oldest most well known Middle Eastern pastry shop, Habibah Sweets. It’s rich history is rivaled only by it’s magnigicent creations that have been serving thousand of sweet tooth customers since before there were borders! Your guide will treat you to some legendary Kinafeh. Return to your hotel. Tonight, culinary discovery continue with dinner at a typical Jordanian restaurant.

Crusader Castle… Ajlun Castle
After breakfast, transfer to Jerash in about 45 minutes drive – start your visit to explore the hidden beauty of this Greco-Roman site, and saunter along the actual ancient Roman streets that run throughout the city as you take in the marvel of the eastern part of the ancient Roman Empire. After the visit, proceed to the Saracen castle at Ajlun. This 12th Century castle was built by Saladin in his successful campaign to drive the Crusaders from Jordan in 1189 and is an outstanding example of Arab/Islamic military architecture. In the afternoon, return to Amman for overnight (B).

After breakfast, Depart Amman to visit the mosaic city of Madaba, start the tour in Madaba where the oldest map of the Holy Land exists on the floor of Saint George’s Church. Madaba, or Medeba in antiquity, features many famous mosaics that exist in public and private buildings. After Madaba, a short drive will bring you to Mt. Nebo, the alleged burial site of Moses overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Here Franciscans have built a structure that protects a 4th and 6th Century Byzantine church. Continue on via the desert road to visit the Crusader Castle at Shoback.
Proceed to Petra. Overnight at the hotel in Petra (B).

Although much has been written about Petra, nothing really prepares you for this amazing place.
As you cross the doorsill of Petra the gates of the past open up to one of the famous world’s wonders, the ancient city Petra. Myth has it, that it was built by magic, and it could not be taken by the Romans until 106AD because of the rough terrain guarding its borders. Petra, the city of rose red stone has a Nabatean tale to tell.
You’ll be guided through the architectural and spiritual wonders of this majestic place as you walk through this mystical city. Overnight at the hotel in Petra (B).

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart Petra to Wadi Rum. Jordan’s Wadi Rum is one of the world’s most beautiful deserts, filled with magnificent rose sandstone mountains, canyons & dunes. Upon arrival to Wadi Rum visitors’ center, take 4*4 jeeps owned by the local Bedouins for a trip into the many sites in the moon-like landscaped desert. You will visit Lawrence spring this spring was named for T.E. Lawrence, of Lawrence of Arabia fame, who fought in the Arab revolt against the Ottoman Empire. Continue to Khazali Canyon an iconic feature in Wadi Rum, Khazali Canyon is an easy 20 minute walk that allows you to see many Nabatean inscriptions and drawings and last place to visit is the Sand dunes. After finishing the tour, Transfer to your Camp for check in.
The rest of the day is free in Wadi Rum. Clients can do other activities such as horse ride, camel ride, buggy safari.

Breakfast at the camp. Depart Wadi Rum to Dead Sea. Enjoy your day at Dead Sea for a swim in the salty waters of this lowest spot on earth. Experience the ultimate sensation of trying to swim, while you can actually only float.
